Friday night at +233 Bar was one to remember as Okyeame Kwame and his friends thrilled patrons of his OK Stripped Concert with some great music, poetry and comedy.
The concert started with some awesome poetic lines from the talented poet Abibikasa. He told Citi Showbiz that his poem, ‘Welcome Home,’ will be featured on Okyeame Kwame’s upcoming album.
OK then came out to welcome the audience with some great songs as an introduction.
On his second appearance, MzVee joined him to perform and it was a great sight to behold.
Other performances were Kidi, Quami Eugene, Adina, Foster Romanus, Flowkingstone and the love master Kwabena Kwabena. After Kwabena Kwabena, reggae and dancehall legend Root Eye made a surprise appearance.
The energetic Wiyaala made her presence felt with some energetic performances.
The proceeds from this year’s edition of OK Stripped was used to support the OK Foundation cause to fight hepatitis B in West Africa.
