Ghanaian R&B singer Ded Buddy has signed a major recording deal with US-based music producer Hardy Indigo. The deal is for Hardy to produce Ded Buddy’s upcoming album ‘Ignition.’
Ded Buddy has songs like tumuda, Serwa Akoto, Odon a medo wo and much more to his credit. He is one of the most versatile artistes in the country.
“I have decided to reintroduce myself to the world yet again with my yet-to-be-released album. I need to prove a different side of me to the world so I settled on ‘Ignition’ as the title of the sixth album which comes with a completely new direction,” the artiste has said.
Ded Buddy, who was previously known as Qweci, broke into mainstream entertainment when he did a Twi cover of Boyz II Men’s ‘I’ll make love to you.”
