Ghanaian reggae artist Ekow Micah has joined calls for marijuana to be legalized.
He used the Christians’ Holy Bible to support his calls, by quoting Psalm 18:7-8.
“The earth trembled and quaked, and the foundations of the mountains shook; they trembled because he was angry.”
“Smoke rose from his nostrils; consuming fire came from his mouth, burning coals blazed out of it.”
Dancehall artist Samini has already joined the call for wee, which is currently illegal in Ghana to be legalized.
Samini said on Starr FM that it was a good thing to legalise the substance that is considered narcotic in the country.
“Wee is food for Rastafarians, some prefer alcohol but for me, I prefer wee like how some people enjoy cocoyam leaves,” Ekow further explained.
In 2015, he was arrested, charged and put on trial for allegedly possessing marijuana.
