Ghanaian artist Gasmilla has said that the reason why many artists leave their managers is that they are made to believe that they don’t need anyone.
“The moment you make the artist feel like he or she doesn’t need you as a manager, it doesn’t matter whether you are a male or female, you are gone. This is because the artist has to feel that he or she needs someone to get to the next level, not to pull him back,” he said in an interview on Happy FM in Ghana.
Talking about his manager, Raby Brew, the artist said, “if I say charisma, I mean when she puts her mind to something she does it well. She actually makes it work. She is into corporate business and has never artist before – this is her first in the music industry.”
